Our signature children’s garden trail reopens on Saturday 25th May!

New and experienced explorers welcome. Grab your map from the garden shop, explore the gardens to complete the quiz, learn amazing facts, find all the butterflies and solve their mystery word – then claim your prize from the shop at the end!

No booking required.

The Walled Garden here in Moreton near Dorchester is a perfect family day out this May half term. Garden trail in five acres of formal gardens, animals to see including pygmy goats, play park, garden shop and on site café.

We are dog friendly and parking is FREE.

The butterfly trail will be on EVERY DAY during half term, and will continue on a couple of weekends thereafter (and will be running during our Dog Show on Sunday 9th June)

Entry to formal gardens is suggested admission of £3 payable in honesty boxes, or in the café by card. Entry to just the café or the family area with play park and garden shop is free.

All funds go back into the continued support and development of Employ My Ability. Our college right here in the walled garden for young people with SEND.
