Unfortunately, with the current weather forecast at the walled garden for tomorrow due to be rain for the whole morning, we have taken the difficult decision to cancel the Alice in Wonderland event.

The event is tailored as an outdoor experience, and we wouldn’t want to host the day in the rain, making it uncomfortable for our attendees and performers.

This is of course frustrating as we already has to postpone the event once, but we are at the mercy of the great british weather.

Getting a refund

Refunds have already been issued for ALL ticket holders and you should receive within 7 days.

Trail Gift

We are happy to honour every ticket holder with FREE ENTRY to our Butterfly Trail, which is currently taking place through half-term, and will be on every weekend until the Summer when a new trail begins.

If you wish to attend the trail, please email to confirm the date you’re coming and we’ll ensure your name is listed as free entry. We will need to notify shop staff that you’re visiting.

Future Events

We are currenlty in discussions on how to revise the Alice event, and try something slightly different, plus develop our outside coverage with a new enclosed marquee, and we hope to offer something new asap for you to enjoy over the coming Summer, so stay tuned for news on that.

Don’t be late for a very important date! We are hosting a whimsical event that will have your children grinning like a cheshire cat…(yes, we’re using as many Alice terms as possible here) – we are excited to announce Alice in Wonderland Experience at The Walled Garden!

Join your guides Alice herself & the Queen of Hearts for this gathering of fun & games, story time, and a garden trail with a Queen of Hearts twist. Explore the gardens, find the hidden playing cards & complete the quiz, before returning to the marquee for a sweet treat and refreshments. You’d be mad as a hatter to miss it!

Dressing up in your own wonderland themed costumes is encouraged (but not required). Come along, enjoy the fun and make some memories with us here in Moreton.
