The bug shed reopens for HALLOWEEN with a couple of special spooky themed dates!

Get up close and personal with our REAL bugs this October Half Term as Bug Expert Chrissy will give an educational and hands on meeting (if you’re brave enough!) with our family of cute mini beasts! Death beetles, ghost Mantis, katydids, millipedes, giant snails, pancake slugs, stick insects and maybe a peek at an eight legged monster….

Space is limited and tickets must be purchased online in advance.

11am and 1:30pm sessions (approx 30 mins)

• Thurs 31st Oct

All children receive a halloween goody bag.

Important information:

• All attendees going in the bug shed require a ticket – including adults
• Event suitable for ages 5 and upwards only
• All children between 5-8 years old must be accompanied by a paying adult, or if you feel your child would need supporting due to extra needs.
• Adults not attending the event itself must still be on-site for the duration (30 mins). Refreshments available in our garden shop while you wait! 

Please be prompt and arrive a few minutes before your session. Session times are set and cannot overrun.

We are also hosting our Autumn & Halloween Trail every day from 19th October – 3rd Nov (£3 per map, no booking required), so come and join us for a brilliant family day out this Autumn in Dorset.
